NYC Bike Commuter
My life on two wheels in NYC. On September 19, 2011, one day after I completed my first Century Bike Tour I decided to become a bike commuter. It is not easy, but it's definitely an experience.

This morning I was almost doored. I was coming down Washington Ave. and the driver of one of those senior citizen buses opened her door. Luckily I moved out of the way just in time but my handlebar brushed the open door. It was scary. As I neared that door, in my mind I saw myself hitting the door and flying off the bike. I really wish drivers would be more careful. And I hope I never get into a more serious situation.
